The role of Professional Construction Management (PCM) has been introduced in Taiwan. PCM is responsible for communicating and coordinating the planning, design, and construction stages of the project, and providing professional project management services to improve the effectiveness of project execution.

Urbanet Consulting Group integrates land planning services such as land acquisition and land-use change in the pre-construction phase, and real estate services such as leasing and selling in the post-construction phase which based on traditional PCM.
