Based on the definition of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) established by the World Business Council for Sustainable Development, it refers to the commitment of companies to continuously abide by ethical standards, contribute to economic development, and improve the quality of life of employees, their families, the local community, and society as a whole. Its fundamental concept is that companies should be responsible to their stakeholders while pursuing profits, and ultimately achieve the goal of triple bottom line gains in economic, environmental, and social aspects, leading to sustainable development for all.
